The scenery is breathtaking. You can stroll along the beach and enjoy the ocean view anytime.The garden is well-maintained and beautiful.The staff is friendly and helpful.The food is diverse, ranging from Indonesian, Italian, Chinese, to Western cuisine.

We never thought the hotel would be so serene and grand. Lush garden and coconut trees, beautiful beach and mountain view restaurant, can see sunrise and bali island across the beach. The beach is right at the back of the hotel. Pictures don't do it justice. We did upgrade to superior room though. The room has big glass windoes taking up the entire wall into a balcony. Definitely value for money :)

Almost nothing, but if I were to really nitpick, the AC in the room could use an upgrade :)

Ketapang Indah was a little slice of paradise. The lawns and gardens were so well manicured with lots of birds and lizards living in them. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the food at the Marlin restaurant. It was a perfect restful nights stay at a very reasonable price.

An excellent hotel complex. Set in beautifully maintained gardens within its own security compound. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, also very good shower. The breakfast selection was outstanding as was the evening Iftar buffet. The staff in the hotel were extremely welcoming and always attentive and helpful. It was a pleasure staying there and we'd have no hesitation whatsoever in booking again. Thank you.

We travelled with a newborn baby and this hotel could accommodate us well. We got a cot and stroller access everywhere. All staff extremely kind and helpful, beautiful garden, pool and views, restaurant was convenient, room good. Also tried the massage and it was great.

Sometimes there is smell of fish feed in the air, in general seeing the industry around. But hotel area is beautiful nonetheless.

I booked a villa or cottage room at Ketapang Indah Hotel in Banyuwangi. The staff service was excellent. My request for adjacent rooms was fulfilled, and they even provided us with rooms that had a connecting door. The hotel’s location is also convenient, being close to the harbor and not too far from the city center, making it easy to find food.What I loved most was the pool with its view towards Bali Island, especially during the late afternoon as evening approaches. The atmosphere is incredibly beautiful. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom, which is somewhat outdoor, added a unique touch to my stay.

What I didn't like was the crowd at the check-in counter upon my arrival, which might have been due to a shortage of staff. I had to carry my suitcase to the villa myself. The pathway to the villa is designed to look natural, made from uneven textured concrete. This could cause the wheels of my suitcase to wear out or get damaged quickly. However, I understand this is because it's a resort hotel. It might be better if the path to the villa had a smoother surface to prevent damage to suitcase wheels.

Awesome selection of Indonesian and european style breakfast available. Room was comfortable and had good access to all the facilities, but not that private with the window open. Pool is fabulous .

- Isolated from town, can’t easily go to other places such as restaurants. Restaurant is really good, but a bit pricy.

Nothing great hotel

The property is located directly at the sea, looking towards Bali. The garden in particular is large and very well maintained. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good base to explore the region from (incl Kawa Ijen).

In the center of the property there seems to be a large and noisy generator, somewhat disturbing the otherwise idyllic garden atmosphere.

Been here so many times with my team and its been always great stays. Beachfront and have dive center where I can dive around Banyuwangi until Menjangan West Bali

It’s such a luxury place! You can find everything you need there and they’re continually want to improve themselves and learn from their customers.The room was clean and all facilities were there. We only stayed there for one night as a transit to Ubud.
